styles, classically traditional and strikingly contemporary were conceived as two distinctly
individual properties in the district of Fulford in York.

We are working with the SCI and members of the Light Steel and Modular Framing Group which meet twice yearly. We
have written guidance, to be published by the SCI under their banner, on the upcoming Eurocodes for light gauge steel. EC3 comes into force in
April 2010 for all Government work such as schools,
hospitals and social housing, and the date for the
Building Regulations update has been set back to
2013.
Stephen Napper is now part of the
'working group' on the Eurocodes development at the SCI.
