We offer all forms of structural and civil engineering, but specialise in modern methods. Be they light gauge steel (LGS), Timber Frame or Structural Insulated Panel (SIP).

We are pleased to be celebrating our 1st Birthday in August 2010 and would like to thank all our customers for their continued support. We really couldn't have done it without you!

Full structural design in variety of Modern Methods, including light gauge steel, timber, concrete and Structural Insulated Panel.
Full structural design in traditional forms of construction including masonry and traditional steel frame, including connection design.
NHBC Light Gauge Steel Certifiers for Stage Two Checking, and provision of NHBC / SCI Technical Manuals for Stage One.
CE Marking - obligatory in 2013 with new Building Regulations
Full copy of the latest version of Vertex on site - we can tweak your design or comment for you to modify yourselves. We also offer, through Vertex themselves, a Vertex draughting service.
SCI / NHBC Stage 1 manuals to BS and EC.
Designs available to British Standards and European Codes for light gauge steel and timber.
Stephen Napper Associates are writing guidance for to be published by the SCI in April 2010.
Load tables are available for light gauge steel and timber for your bespoke profiles.
Section property calculation's to BS 5950 - 5 and EN 1993-1-3 (EC3)
Foundation to Roof Solutions with a one-stop package.
SAP Calculations. Full SAP Calculations, air leakage tests and formal EPC issued upon completion.
Estimation / take off / QS service for light gauge steel.
Draughting service available for all forms of construction.
cnc data available for most roll forming machines.
Expert witness services for adjudication or other legal representation

The practice completed over forty projects from August 2009 to Christmas 2009, so a big thank you to all our existing clients!

As a relatively new practice we have few completed, on site jobs though Stephen has been practicing for over ten years. As we are part of the DEM Arrangement with Vertex (UK) and Howick Ltd.
